Foundation work is where a house either starts right or starts fighting you for the next fifty years. We dig to depth and spec, form and pour footings, and coordinate the waterproofing and backfill ourselves rather than handing it to whoever's cheapest that week. It's the same crew on a tear-down rebuild as on a from-scratch custom home.
