Site Preparation

Every build starts with the ground. We clear, rough-grade, and prep house sites and additions across Stoughton and the South Shore — pulling stumps, cutting access, and setting the pad so the foundation crew (often us, on the same job) starts on solid, compacted ground instead of guesswork. Because we run our own equipment, prep and foundation stay on one schedule instead of waiting on a subcontractor.
